Logon Screen Manager 1.3 for Vista and Seven

Logon Screen Manager 1.3

This is just a tool which can easily change your vista's
logon image in seconds. Even though there is a tool called
Startdock Logon Studio Vista, It doesn't work portable or
without extracting it drivers into system32.

Please report me any bugs occured during execution.
